A voter may write-in the name of a candidate on the ballot in Wyoming.
Voters must write in the name and register the vote by making a mark in the ballot in the appropriate space selecting the write-in option. Otherwise, the vote may not be counted. Please see the sample ballot.
In WY, both "Bernie Sanders" and "Bernard Sanders" should be acceptable, but we are not certain they will be cumulatively totaled. Our suggestion is for people to write in “BernieSanders/Tulsi Gabbard,” which is consistent with the printed choices on the WY ballot.
There appears to be no laws against ballot selfies. We encourage all voters to photograph their ballots. Law do allow judges of elections to "preserve order at the polls by any necessary and suitable means."
